Eugene Siklos
Managing Director, Canterbury Park Management
Eugene Siklos has more than 20 years of international experience advising corporations and executing transactions in media, consumer, technology, telecom, infrastructure and natural resources industries. He is a Managing Director at Canterbury Park Capital, a private equity investment firm.
Prior to joining Quantico, Eugene Siklos spent 15 years working in Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets for major global investment firms, split equally between New York and Toronto. He is a former Managing Director, Head of Equity Capital Markets, Merrill Lynch (Canada) and was previously Head of Telecom and Media Investment Banking for Merrill Lynch (Canada). From 1985 to 1998, Eugene held positions of increasing responsibility in corporate finance at Morgan Stanley and Co. Incorporated, where he had a leadership role in the execution of a number of equity, debt and merger transactions in a variety of industries in the U.S., Canada, and globally.
Eugene graduated with an M.B.A. (with Distinction) from Harvard University's School of Business Administration in 1989, and also holds a B. Commerce degree from University of Toronto's Trinity College.
